At Chevox, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

    Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    • You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be:
      • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
      • With all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
      • Not damaged, stained, or altered in any way.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale items or products purchased during promotions or clearance events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    • Items such as innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
    • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • To start a return or exchange, please email our support team at [email protected] with the following details:
      • Order number
      • Reason for return or exchange
      • Photos of the product (if there is a defect or damage)
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

    Return Shipping

    • For returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the items are packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
    • For exchanges: We offer free exchanges if you are exchanging the product for a different size or color. Shipping for the exchanged item will be covered by Chevox.

    Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the issue.

    Conditions for Rejected Returns/Exchanges

    • Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
    • Ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
